International Returning/Exchange Policy
Basic Returning Policy
Redway will gladly accept most returns within a 90-day returning period, once the returning period has passed, Redway can only offer store credit for returns over 90 days. Store credit only valid for orders within a 180 day returning period, once passed the item will no longer be available for a return. All fine jewelry orders are final, customers will have up to six hours to cancel their fine jewelry order for a full refund. All electronics,furniture, and some watches have a 15-day returning policy, once passed refunding may vary based on the brand's policy and the item(s) sold. All "final markdown" items are final sale, customers will have three hours to cancel their order. Once the order has been placed the final markdown item cannot be returned. If you used any reward points for your order, those are non-refundable, Redway will not replace/refund the value of your reward points if you choose to return some/all of your items on your order. 90-days Items
Almost every item sold by Redway follows this 90-day returning policy, but some products require a shorter period or final sale policy. All final sale/limited returning policy products do have a returning policy tab on the product page to notify customers. The only items that are not covered by the 90-day returning policy is electronics,fine jewelry, most housewares, and high-end office supplies. Everything else is covered by this 90-day returning policy. Clearance items are not covered by this policy, it is up to the brand to make their own returning policy for all clearance merchandise.

15-days Items
15 day items includes electronics, furniture, and some housewares merchandise. Customers can have up to 15 days to exchange/refund any of these items within 15 days after arrival. Some items may not be returnable, make sure the item is not on clearance or "Final Markdown" to avoid returning problems. Once the 15 day period has passed, Redway can only offer store credit up to 30 days after arrival. For more help please email us at customersupport@redwaybrands.com.

Final Sale Items
Some of the final sale items include fine jewelry & "final markdown" products. All inventory under the fine jewelry category is non-refundable, customer will have six hours to cancel their fine jewelry order for a full refund, once passed the order is non-refundable. "Final markdown" merchandise, is inventory that needs to be clearanced out or damaged goods. The majority of the final markdown items is usually furniture. Final markdown items are non-returnable and customer will only have three hours to cancel their order for a full refund, no exceptions.

Shipping Refunds
Redway does not refund shipping costs unless order has not been shipped out. If the order is no longer in our centers, the shipping cost is no longer refundable. Redway does offer free returns for items that need to be sent back. Any other shipping related charges may not be refundable either depending on the order, for help with this please contact a Redway representative.

Price Match/Sale Refunds
If you price matched or got an item on sale, you will only get the refund for the amount you paid for the item not the current retail price. If you change your mind after the refund has been completed, Redway will not match the price you originally got it for (sale items). Redway will still follow price mach policies if the item is still marked down & in stock at our other competitor stores. If you find your item cheaper after you purchased the item, customer will have 15 days to price match their orders, besides that customers will have to return & re-order their item for that price.
