Frequently asked questions
Retaliating can take effect in different ways, some ways is harder to tell than others. Your manager, supervisor, or co-workers can retaliate by
treating you differently than others like
- being nicer or meaner compared to others
- management giving you special treatment or special work
- ignoring you
- spreading hard comments/rumors
If you think that a co-worker or manager is retaliating against you feel free to contact a trusted member of management or contact RDWY/Redway ethics immediately. And remember, NEVER confront the associate or member of management that is retaliating; let the ethics hotline take care of it.
If you have proof that your termination or another associate termination was un-ethical; it can be overturned. Proof of an unethical termination includes...
- texts
- videos & pictures
- numerous associate witness forms
- known argument/verbal fight & hatred between the manager & associate
If you would like to try to overturn your termination, please file a claim within 30 days after termination before your oneRedway account gets closed. If your account gets closed, you can contact a trusted member of management to file a claim for you.
