At Redway we encourage our customers to share the experiences with the products we sell. We believe our customers sharing their opinions on our products will allow customers to choose the right product(s) and it will allow us to improve the overall selection we offer in our stores. We also believe that our product ratings should be family & workplace safe. We encourage all customers to think before they post their review to make sure that there are no racist pictures/comments, curse words, hurtful comments/pictures, sexist comments, homophobic comments, & inappropriate backgrounds and comments in your product review. Redway and our subsidiaries have the right to remove your product review on any of our platforms, Redway also reserves the right to suspend or ban you from our stores. Redway and its subsidiaries is a family friendly business and encourages all customers to follow these guidelines.

If you find a hurtful, racist, sexist, homophobic, or hateful review please contact RDWY Global Consumer Protection immediately! Redway Brands Group, RDWY Global, & our subsidiaries are not responsible for product reviews, not all reviews are “true” or "valid". If you're not sure about a review, look for the "Verified" badge on the product review, this means the customer has purchased the product from that platform on their account.
We understand each individual has their own opinion and we think you should express your opinion(s), but we please ask you to keep your political, personal opinions, and beliefs to yourself. We want to keep our stores family-safe and it's up to our customers to make it that way. RDWY Global will ban any customers for hateful & discriminatory reviews, we do not tolerate hate or discrimination of ANY kind in our stores. We will close your customer account (if one is valid) and ban you from our stores, if you are banned at Redway/RDWY Global- owned stores, refunds will not be offered for any previous orders and all pending orders will be canceled and refunds will be issued.
